HRIHM has

infrastructure such
as modern lecture theatres, tutorials rooms, very
specious air- conditioned seminal hall, modern
teaching aids like OHP, LCD projector, AV system,
excellent student support facilities like hostels,
stationary shop, transport, student activity centre
and a vast playground. HRIHM has the following six
labs:
FRONT OFFICE LAB
In
the front office laboratory, practicals are held,
wherein the students are trained to take guest
check-in, check-out and face various mock-situations
put forth by a trained lectures(as in practical
cases), thereby training them suitably to deal with
all kinds of guest requests.
HOUSE KEEPING LAB
The air- conditioned House
Keeping Laboratory consists of a guest room with
well-designed interiors.
The Mock- House
Keeping Laboratory and the Laundry equipped with
washing machines, driers, and a wash area enable
students to get the right feel of the
department. It
matches
standard housekeeping
department
as
a 5
star hotel.
RESTAURANT LAB
Training Restaurant helps to
enhance style serving techniques. It operates 32
covers and also has a Training Bar to facilitate
practical experience to the students. It is well
equipped with silverware, glassware, tableware,
gueridon trolley and other sophisticated equipment
required for the quality service.
BASIC TRAINING KITCHING LAB
The quantity training kitchen
is mainly the training ground for the 2nd
year students who develop into making various
regional and national delicate along with a few
international cuisines of heavy- duty equipment
facilitate bulk cooking including a tandoor menu
items.
BAKERY LAB
This is
an outlet to help and develop the students in their
skills in making bakery items which supplement meals
to raise its value.
